Internal Quality Assurance Cell Committee is formed as per Section 95 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell Committee shall
1. To develop a quality system for conscious, consistent and catalytic programmed action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the Head of the Institutions.
2. To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
3. Recommend to the management about introducing new academic courses and the creation of additional teaching and administrative posts.
4. Department of quality culture in the Institution.
5. Development and application of quality parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
6. Facilitating the creation to adopt the learning-centric environment conducive to quality education. Arrangements for feedback response from students, parents and other stockholders on quality-related institution processes.
7. Arrangements for feedback response from students’ parents and other stockholders on the quality-related institutional process.
8. Organization of inter and intra institutional workshop seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quantity circle.
9. Documentation of various programmes/activities leading to quality improvements.
10. Acting as the nodal agency of the institution for coordinating quality-related activities.
11. Development and maintenance of an institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining & enhancing the institutional quality.
12. Preparation of IQAC as per guidelines & parameters of NAAC to be submitted to NAAC.
